Amy please know your family loves you very much! I am so sorry that you are feeling down and depressed! It's like labor, it sure hurts and stinks while you are in it.....but then it's over and you can smile and focus on loving your new baby! :) I guess what I am trying to say is this will pass and things will get better! I obviously have no clue how hard it is or what it would feel like to be in your situation......but I would like to offer some advice and encouragement! Since this is "A Place of Comfort and Encouragement!!" I would try planning things outside the house, even if it's just errands, so that you are getting out. Also, I mentioned this a little before, if you are feeling down turn to your family. Ask each kid if they want to pick an activity and then do it with them. It will get you off the couch and moving and we know kids always say the darnest things :) laughing will be a huge help too! I'm sure your Dr will be able to help tons, but in the mean time keep on keeping on!!! Your kids need you! You are superwomen to them (or wonder women...whichever has the largest boobies!)!! You can get through this! Continue to work on your goals and do all the churchy things and I know you will be blessed for being obedient and persevering! I love you so so much! You can do this hommie!
Love,
AL
