Getting Back On Track!

It was with joy and sadness we celebrated Alexis' 17th birthday! Joy to realize what a special young lady she has become (thanks to the support of 3 wonderful big sisters) and to be together with 3 of our daughters & 2 of our son-in-laws. But it was sad to not have our Otis family with us! We really missed you guys! Though I must admit I barely survived all the 'fun' with those that were here! I went into work late Monday morning and came home early and was in the bed by 3pm! Lol! I was wiped out! I'm not sure I could have taken any more fun!
I too enjoyed Stake Conf. the battle between the physical and the spititual is a constant for me, it was one of those times I felt the Stake President was talking directly to me! That is why I am so thankful for each of you and your insight, love, support and suggestions!
My goals are to catch up with the BOM reading challenge. To continue to try and make our home more of a 'haven'. And to be a better example for my family and friends!
I also feel an urgent need to be involed in some way with our community needs. So hopefully I will be helping with the Erase The Need Program here when I can and I'm called upon!
Also I would like to remind each of you to pray for you Uncle Michael to find a job! He will be moving in with us on Friday! I am thankful we can help him out at this time but also hope he will find something sooner than later.....
You are all such wonderful daughters, Mothers and friends! I couldn't possibly love you more than I do! Good luck with you goals and lets not give up!
